Welcome to the Barney's Farm FAQ section. We will try to answer as many questions as possible through this site, but if you have any further questions then please contact info@barneysfarm.com.

Orders

1. Are Seeds Legal in the USA?

The cannabis seeds marketed by Barneysfarm.us are items intended for collectors and genetic preservation. All information on the Barneysfarm.us website and packaging is for educational purposes only and is not intended to condone or promote the illegal use of cannabis seeds. Seeds sold on the Barneysfarm.us website contain no more than 0.3% THC Delta-9.

Laws worldwide regarding cannabis seeds vary significantly. Germination of cannabis seed is illegal in most countries. In the U.S., cultivating marijuana is a federal offense and also illegal in many U.S. states. In the U.S. states where marijuana is legal to grow, it may be illegal to import cannabis seeds. Please see our legal disclaimer for more information.

2. How Do I Make An Order?

Ordering through Barney's Farm has never been simpler! Just add the items you wish to purchase to your cart. Don’t forget to select also your free promotional seeds!

Once you are happy with the final order you can select the "Check Out" button through your basket. From here you will need to enter your billing information and shipping information. Please see our privacy policy to learn more about how your information is handled.

Once the payment is complete, an email will be generated showing your order details, including your order number which you will need to reference if there is a need for further communication.

When we have processed and shipped your order, we will contact you again with tracking details.

3. How Do I Select My Promotional Seeds?

All promotional seeds must be selected before checking out. Strains are offered according to availability and we won’t be able to include any other strain besides the listed ones. Please note that only seed per selection will be sent, so make sure that you select them all! We won’t be able to include promotional seeds if they’re not selected and we won’t arrange another shipment if promotional seeds were not selected before checking out.

4. Can I Change An Existing Order?

Once orders have been placed, we can’t modify, add or remove products, including your promotional seeds. However, if your have made a mistake on your contact information or address, we will be able to change this, as long as you contact us as soon as possible, before we have processed your order.

5. Can My Order Be Cancelled?

Please contact our support team immediately if your order needs to be canceled. Orders are processed and shipped in the fastest way possible in order to ensure that delivery times are kept to a minimum. Barney's Farm is unable to cancel an order once it has been processed by our team.

6. Do I Need To Make An Account?

You will not need to make an account to buy any products from Barney’s Farm. Each order you make will need to be accompanied by your contact information, which will only be used to directly contact you about your orders.

7. Do I Need To Make A Minimum Purchase?

There is no minimum purchase needed to make an order through the Barney's Farm USA website. 

8. Can I Re-Order Any Previous Items?

Barney’s Farm currently do not offer a re-ordering service. If you are looking to recreate a previous order you will need to re-transact the same as when you placed your original order.

1. How Should I Store My Seeds?

Seeds are best stored in a cool and dry location - temperature and humidity fluctuations are seeds' worst enemies. Bags and jars should be clearly labelled at the time of storage with strain name, date and any other relevant information. 

2. What Can I Do If I Am Not Happy With My Products?

In Barneys Farm, our customers satisfaction is of vital importance. If you’re not happy with your products, please contact us via email. Depending on the nature of your enquiry, specific information will be requested. We will be more than happy to look into it carefully and look for a compensation.

Barney’s Farm reserves the right to refuse compensation if the necessary information is not provided. For any doubt or clarification about the information required, please contact us via email.

3. Do Barney's Farm Offer a Germination Guarantee?

Barney's Farm does offer a germination guarantee if none of your seeds germinate or a very high%. Due to various techiques used by individuals and the experience of a grower, if a small percentage of your seeds do not germinate this could be down to many factors outside our control.

Our products are thoroughly tested before release and don’t see the market until a sufficiently high germination result (over 99%) has been proven and replicated. Our website provides accurate information on how to germinate and in many cases, the temperature has a huge effect on germination rates likewise the humidity.

You will need to provide pictures and documentation of your germination methods and temperature, and humidity information when submitting a germination claim for us to see if it qualifies for any resolution offer. Please send us all additional information (including the lot number printed in the back of the blister and in the package if available) you can and we will evaluate the situation.

Also, in order to move on with this issue we will need invoice number / proof of purchase and your telephone number and shipping address.

Note; We do not replace free seeds.

4. What Is The Lot Number And Why Is It Important?

Lot number is printed in the back of the aluminum blister that contains the seeds, inside the outer cardboard package. This number will allow us to identify a specific batch. Your feedback is really valuable to us, so please keep the lot number for any future reference.

5. How Do You Select And Pack Your Seeds?

All our seeds are carefully graded in optimal conditions prior packing. We take great care in packing all of our seeds to ensure that we avoid any deterioration during transit and storage.
