Please ensure that you provide a valid recipient name and a complete delivery address at checkout. Do not use initials or fictitious names, as this may result in delivery issues.
A valid 10-digit phone number is also required, as the courier may need to contact you during delivery. Any delays, failed deliveries, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information remain the responsibility of the customer.
Orders are shipped via USPS and do not require a signature upon delivery. Delivery dates and times cannot be scheduled in advance; however, your USPS tracking number will provide an estimated delivery window once your order has been dispatched.
At this time, we are only able to support sales within the 50 United States. We do not ship to U.S. territories.
Yes. However, we are unable to fulfill orders shipping to U.S. outlying territories, including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa.

While we can deliver to PO boxes, we strongly recommend using a home or work address so someone is available to receive your parcel.
Please note that USPS may occasionally have difficulty verifying certain addresses, even if they are valid. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm your address and arrange an alternative shipping method to ensure your order is delivered successfully.
We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers within 3–5 business days, depending on the destination. If you select USPS Priority Shipping, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days.
While most orders arrive within these timeframes, we recommend allowing up to four business days for delivery once your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak holiday periods due to USPS service delays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a USPS tracking number via email. This tracking link allows you to monitor the status of your shipment directly through USPS.
If you are unable to locate the tracking email, you can visit our tracking page, enter your order number and email address to retrieve your USPS tracking information.
We offer flat-rate shipping of $6 via USPS Ground Advantage and $12 via USPS Priority Mail.
Orders over $50 qualify for free USPS Ground Advantage shipping. If you choose USPS Priority Mail for orders over $50, a $6 shipping fee will apply.
All orders are shipped in discreet mailing packaging using padded mailer envelopes. Packages are sent from a Barney’s Farm subsidiary, The Sun Drops LLC.
All products are shipped in their original, branded packaging, which includes the product name and Barney’s Farm branding.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty or damaged, you may return it for a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.
We will require a written description of the issue along with clear photos showing the damage. If your return is approved, you may then send the item back in accordance with our returns policy.
Any reasonable return postage costs will be refunded. Returned items must be sent using a tracked delivery service.
Once we receive your return, replacement items will be shipped—or a refund issued—within five business days.
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive as expected, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will require relevant photographic evidence in order to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please take clear photos of the packaging and contents before discarding anything.
Please track your order and read tracking details carefully, as they may have been potential delays which could be affecting the delivery of your parcel.
