SHIPPING & RETURNS
It’s of vital importance that you gave us a real delivery name and complete address. Please don’t use initials or made up names.
It’s also really important that you provide us a valid phone number, as a courier might need to contact you at some point. Incorrect customer information resulting in incorrect delivery or non-delivery will remain at the customer's responsibility.
Deliveries will be sent via USPS and will not require a signature. Time and date for delivery can't be arranged. However, your USPS tracking number will allow you to view an estimation for the time and date of your delivery.
We’re only able to support US-based sales.
We ship to all 50 states of the USA. However, we can not fulfill orders that have come from U.S. Outlying Territories, including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam and American Samoa.
We attempt to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of completing the purchase. Orders are dispatch Monday to Friday, except national holidays.
We send all orders via USPS 1st Class Mail. All shipping times vary depending on the final destination of your package.
However, we suggest to allow up to 4 working days for your order to arrive once shipped.
When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a USPS tracking number via email. This will link you to the USPS tracking service where you can check on the status of your shipment.
In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you may send it back for a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will need a written description of any damage your package has sustained, accompanied with a photo of any damage. If approved, you can then return the goods as per our returns policy above.
We will refund any postage costs incurred when returning items back to us. Items should only be returned using a tracked delivery service.
Your replacement goods will be shipped (or your payment will be refunded) within 5 working days of receipt of your return.
Please note that all products will be delivered to you in their original, branded packaging. This includes the name of the product itself, as well as Barney's Farm branding. No discreet shipping option is available for US customers.
All delivery costs are worked out during the ordering process, depending on the order value and the country your order is being shipped to. You will be given full visibility of the shipping costs before your commit to paying for your order.
In the unlikely event you do not receive your order in the way it was intended, please let us know within 14 days. We must receive relevant photographic evidence before we can look for a solution. If you parcel has arrived tampered or somehow damaged, please send us some pictures before discarding it.
Please track your order and read tracking details carefully, as they may have been potential delays which could be affecting the delivery of your parcel.
Also, please note that Saturdays and Sundays don’t count as working days.
While we can deliver to PO boxes, we would seriously advise the use of a home/work address so an individual can be there to receive your parcel.
In the unlikely event that you have missed your delivery, you will need to contact USPS to arrange a new delivery date.
